Oak Tree did a beautiful job patching and refinishing my 100+ year old floors and replacing the kitchen floors with engineered hardwood that perfectly matched the remaining original floors in my home. Rich, the owner, came to our house twice before the work started and on the day of the installation. He was always readily available and extremely easy to work with.
We had two rooms done by Oak Tree Floor Refinishers. We are so glad we went with them. They were professional from start to finish, They did a beautiful job. I would recommend them very highly.
Rich did a great job at my house. I sent him to two other friends and they are as happy as I am. Very professional. He showed up when he said he would for an estimate, he got back to me quickly and his guys showed up when they were supposed. When they were done, they put my rooms back they way they were. Just a great experience.
I have know rich for years. He has done plenty of great work on my home and for friends. I even just got a call for his name today from a happy repeat customer

We recently had Oak Tree Floors come to our house that we have been in the process of renovating as we needed Oaktree to "fix" our recently finished wood floors that had been done by another floor refinisher who did a terrible job. Rich Lanza fit us into his schedule, which was booked for a month out, because we needed the job done ASAP as we need to get our disabled son into our new handicapped accessible home that was already a year overdue due to two unscrupulous General Contractors. OUTSTANDING! Our floors far exceeded my expectations. What a crew. They handled this entire experience with respect, privacy and were courteous at all times. With good planning we were able to stay in our home. We are thankful that Rich, Mike and his crew got the job done, in "under the time" estimated. The price was very reasonable and the job well done.
