This was a pleasant experience I highly recommend oak Street health. Loved the staff from beginning to end.
They took my long-term home living away from me and it's all because the doctor checked the wrong box and I guess you refuses till next time he's wrong and he will not text the correct box. So the cause of his actions I lost my home help here to help me do physical work I lost my mom's meals because they can't stand and cook that much anymore I lost my walk-in shower and I also lost my Life alert! Pissed off my elderly mother was in er and dr was supposed to call here it is two days later and no call ppl say they give messages well that's one hell of a system cause how long is the message list and dont ppl that was in er take priority especially when told to stop taking a medicine til the dr calls like what the hell its not tylenol its a blood thinner like get it together this is beyond unacceptable on the Dr's part and staff period!!!!!!!!!!
