Warning!!! DO NOT move into Oak Plaza and any property by the Melo Group. Lived here two years. In two years I was served eviction papers TWICE because this poor excuse of a Residential Management company misplaced? Mistyped? Are just straight up incompetent? My check (they don’t have direct deposit). Again, twice it happened. I had to go to their main building in Edgewater, wait in the lobby for upwards of an hour to have it fixed.
