Pamela and the entire staff have done an outstanding job of leasing and managing our property. I highly recommend Oak City Properties and would give them 6+ stars if possible!
WARNING: Please beware of renting property from Oak City Properties! Take copious pictures and videos of every square inch of the property before you sign a lease with them. My experience with Oak City Properties has been dismal to say the least. First of all from what several neighbors told us the old tenants left a dog unattended for several weeks upon move-out, and it was a HAZMAT type of situation. My husband and I are very clean, low-maintance, professional tenants. We have rented for 4 years now, and have never one had an issue with a rental agency. This one is by far the worst in terms of communication.
