Visited about 8 years ago and this was an unforgettable tour! Loved it as we were just tourists driving around looking for things to do. I felt it was thorough on all historical subjects both the good and bad.

Great plantation to visit. A much better place than downtown N.O. My original plan was not to visit a plantation house but I am happy that I did.

If you're a visitor to Louisiana this place is a must see! It is truly breathtaking . The view from upstairs is something you won't forget . It's a place of calm and beauty . Walk the grounds , see the family cemetery where the family pet rests with the owners , the magnificent oaks , the former slave quarters and the surrounding sugar cane fields. You don't want to miss this .
