The best hospital ever, fabulous doctor and nurses!
I scheduled an appointment with Dr Pollack approximately 5 weeks in advance. Her office never notified me that my appointment was cancelled. She’s not taking “ new patients “ I was told by her office that. Virtual meeting was offered. I declined and stated, “ what does she have X-ray vision?” Just another way to run up fees. If she can see existing patients but not me due to the “ virus” she has failed miserably and shouldn’t of become a “Dr.” NYU Langone Health and Dr Pollack are DISMISSED ! I love NYU, very organized hospital and the doctors are the best, responsable and always listen to you and explain very clear to you about you health problems
“Now is the time to accept the hazards of caring for the sick and do what we are trained to do and fulfill our commitment to the healthcare needs of our community rather than focusing on making a few extra dollars” This how they treat their residents. Willing to put their lives on the line, but unwilling to financially compensate.
Everyone treated me with so much kindness and respect during my surgery. I’m so grateful for the experience I had during this difficult time.
