the staff are absolutely wonderful, polite and extremely caring. the service is wonderful. the rooms are beautiful and so is the view. oh and the food is good.
I was in NYU hospital on 8/11 to the 8/13 the doctor and staff was nice and helpful with my situation I would like 5 star for them.

Awful experience at their Lake Success MRI facility. I was told I had to not only disconnect my insulin pump (which I understood and was prepared to do) but also remove the insertion site of my pump along with my Continuous Glucose Monitor. When I questioned this since I’ve had a number of these MRIs at that facility I was told it was a new policy because of Covid-19. NYU Langone Transplant Team and all staff on the 18th floor are amazing. NYU Transplant doctors are kind, they sit and listen, they are caring and mostly amazing people. You don’t see that much in the medical world anymore. Thank you for all you have done for my daughter and I.
Still here had surgery on Mount Sinai Beth Israel’s it the worst still got the same síntomas
