Absolutely the worst experience ever! Dr. Robert Mazgaj is irresponsible and non responsive. The patient relations assured me that he would be calling me and he never did. I had him paged snd again, no response. Dr Mazgaj if you see this review perhaps you could do my family the honor of actually fulfilling your oath!!
I recommend that even though we are in times of uncertainty, that the hospital in manhattan allow at least 2 family members go up to see patient that are going to have a risky surgery and not burden the patient .
First of all it is completely unacceptable to have the pharmacy closed from 1 - 2 on Saturday’s. What type of service is this? We will be charged an exorbinate amount of money here and yet you cannot keep the pharmacy open during the day. You should be ashamed of yourself

Dr Evan Reider promotes the use of Roaccutane, a drug that has damaged thousands of young people and ruined their lives . Telling people it is safe is like leading lambs to the slaughter, he needs to do his research.
