직원들이 무성의하게 근무 합니다. 환자에게 관심이 없어요. 예약한 시간에 제대로 진료를 받을수 있는지 관심을 같고 있어야 합니다. 그리고, 본인이 몇번째 대기 환자인지 수시로 물어보셔야 합니다. 그렇지 않으면, 직원이 잊어먹어요... 물론 환자는 영문도 모른체 기약없이 대기 하고 있어야 하구요. 접수 만 받고, 진료 챠트는 끄내 놓치지 않고..... 1시간 넘게 기다리다... 어떻게 된거냐고 물어보니까... 그때서야, 진료차트를 가져 오더니... 진료 받으라고 합니다. 모든 사람들이 다 진료 받고 떠나고, 직원들은 밥먹으로 들어가고, 본인만 영문도 모른체 기다리고 있었습니다.
What an amazing human being and doctor Dr Jun is. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field. I haven't met anyone as good as he is. He explains everything so well that you leave the office with a clear idea of the issue you have, if any. Even his stuff are nice people, very polite and helpful. I have nothing bad to say. I l8ve this doctor. He is a blessing to all his patients. Keep up the amazing work. Thank you Dr Jun. There is no other like you.
I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Jun and the NYNOS team. I reached out in a panic about my mom’s eye condition, worried about waiting for her scheduled appointment. The staff was so responsive and kind. They found a way to see my mom sooner, and Dr. Jun was thorough and reassuring. My mom had a scary eye condition that left us devastated, but he explained the results in detail and outlined a treatment plan, which made a huge difference. I normally don't ever post reviews on Google but Dr. Bokkwan Jun is an amazing doctor and he and his amazing staff has provided expert care. Highly recommend.
