So I been purchasing smoothies for about a year from the 38th and Emerson location. About the last 5 times I purchased in the past 2 months the smoothie has basically been watery, I mean no thickness at all! I calls the store to ask what changed and was informed they under new management! I suggested they work on making the smoothies thicker in comparison to the original owners he hung up on me.
