Beyond disappointed doesn’t even begin to describe my experience at this “top salon.” PLEASE LOOK AT THE PHOTOS — they speak for themselves. I went for a consultation BEFORE booking specifically to avoid surprises. I asked 3 clear questions: • LENGTH: I was told I would lose only 2–3 cm. I lost MORE THAN 10 cm. • TIME: I was told around 4 hours. Lily is a gem I am super particular of how I want things and what I do and don't like and she is perfect every time!!! I always leave happy and marvel about the work she does, she is an artist but listens to my needs and delivers
