This medical office has very good service overall. About 90% of the staff are friendly, professional, and provide excellent customer service, except for one front desk employee who is not very responsible. I would especially like to praise Dr. Sarah Y. Siu and Jeffrey Dang, PA-C. They are very professional, patient, and explain things thoroughly with a great attitude. The only issue is that sometimes there are too many patients, so there may not be enough seating available. However, the waiting time is still not too long.

Saw Dr. siu for my rosacea. She did a great job of clearly explaining the problem and gave me fantastic recommendations that were easy to implement. I would recommend her to all of my friends and family
