NY Nails is my absolute favorite nail salon. Helin, the nail artist to the stars 🌟is amazing. My designs are always on point. She is timely, efficient, neat and extremely pleasant. I always receive compliments on my nails because she knows how to NAIL it! They have multiple options of colors and perform intricate designs. The entire staff is friendly and it is a nice relaxing place to get your nails done. 💅🏽 Highly recommended 👍🏽
I had a very disappointing experience at this nail spa. None of the staff spoke English, and they had to bring someone from the back who spoke some english to help translate what I needed for my pedicure. Unfortunately, the nail tech passing to me had no idea what I had requested and seemed inexperienced. The cuticle removal was poorly done—practically untouched—and the callus removal was also a failure.
