I am a long time repeat customer. I have been coming here for several years to both locations before each location moved spaces right next-door. I have sent many of people to this establishment. At the 86th St. location, this is the second time this month (July) where I have come in with there being a crowd of people, and I have been the very last person to receive my tea, even though there have been 3-5 people behind me. Great stop, but pricey.
Okay, let me start by saying I’m a long time, repeat customer. I used to come in all the time when I worked up this way, but I don’t get to come in as often now that I’m more downtown. I love their teas, and their shakes are always tasty. But what gets me is the customer service! I haven’t been in for a while since they’ve remodeled. I am obsessed with acai bowls and this is one of the best I have ever had. Always perfectly frozen, very fresh fruit toppings and no sugar used in the acai 💗
