We asked for a remodeled room and got one on the 25th floor. The room is large and gorgeous, love the Keurig coffee maker, the bed is comfortable and the view is lovely as well. :) Oh and the Saturday night buffet was flawless. Chef Mark should be commended for his great food and appetizing presentation!

Stayed the weekend and enjoyed the good reasonably priced food and Cheap Trick. However the valet parking was a NIGHTMARE, told 15 minutes. It took 52 freaking minutes from my Sunday. There where not many cars. Just poorly staffed and run. So STAY AWAY from valet. Simple WASTE of my time.
Remodeled rooms are very nice and clean. Gambling could be better, not very many known slot machines, such as the TV series type slots. Check-in was quick and easy and customer service was excellent.

Bad costumer service. Checked in for 2 nights and they claim it was it was only one, when I clearly saw the receptionist mark down 2. Canceled my room key, charged my credit card for an extra night, I had to call to fix the problem instead of them doing it. The receptionist that gave me the "news" that my key had been blocked never apologized. The manager that helped me, didn't really know if he was a manager. NEVER AGAIN NUGGET YOU WILL NOT GET A DOLLAR FROM MY POCKET.
They have construction happening and did not tell us! Woke up to load hammering at 7:00 AM😞 They told us "sorry we did not think it would bother you." So they stated they would move us to the other side tonight. When we returned from volleyball, they stated "sorry we can not help us. No rooms available."
Terrible experience. Bed was uncomfortable. Tub handle was so tight I was unable to turn it to adjust the temperature. Room service screwed up our order. We attempted to eat at Rosie's Cafe and waited for 35 minutes before complaining. The ice machine never did work during our three day stay. Not a great variety of games either... The casino is under construction but that is the very least of their problems!

Had the Shrimp Pan Roast (as always) in the Oyster Bar with Mom...Awesome once again (going on 20 years). Love sitting at the counter, the employees are all so friendly and informative when I'm curious.
I went to the Easter brunch. it was delicious. all the food was delicious. the fruit tastefblike it was just picked off the vine. the omelettes was totally delicious. I was made right there per your ingredients. Prime rib with horseradish sauce, Yum Yum. Zoot suit band played. By the end of the meal - people where up dancing.
