A ton of smoke but I guess you expect that from a casino in Reno. David at the front counter was kind of a jerk and very pushy. Typical motel stay. Not refrigerator in our double queen room but a decent view for a decent price.
Playing in the casino had to look for a lady to get a drink after 20 min and another 10 till she came.Staid for almost 2 hours and only one drink that night.But the hotel it self is good and the beds too.
The rooms are very clean and ALL the staff were very friendly and helpful. The oyster bar was great. Elsa was our waitress and gave us excellent service. ❤️

Do not park Valet, unless you want to wait over 2 hours to get your vehicle at checkout. Seriously no exaggeration.
Great rooms. Food choices are OK but not great. I do not gamble but there was inexpensive poker that my brother in law enjoyed. Facilities are great for the convention I attended
