The room was big and nice. The staff was very friendly. The price was also great. For sure we will be back.

The room was fine very nice to check in was terrible had to wait 43 minutes to check in had three people working the desk then they added two more to help speed up the process working the desk
I would go back any day but they stopped allowing dogs
Not very big. Hot food was semi cold. Fish and chips were chewy. Chicken jerky. Mostly salad stuff.
We always stay at the Nugget when we are in Reno. Love this place and look forward to visiting again. It is the best, food and gaming are GREAT.

Had to go 3 storys high for ice. No hot tub. Everything under construction. Andno micrwave or refigator for a100 a night. Motel 6 hs the same ammotes
I was there in April 2017 and every night construction and the traintrack was going all night long... 5 days of crap nobody was helpful. Rosies cafe cooked us powdered eggs .... I'M Done with this place
I booked this room online with very low expectations since I had never been here and it was more affordable than the motel 6 or even travelodge. We got there to discover a beautiful lobby, free valet, and a gorgeous room with a breathtaking view. Starbucks was conveniently located a few steps from the elevator. Starbucks was a lot more expensive than any Starbucks I had ever been to, but I guess I paid for location. I stopped in at the gift shop & found a great T-shirt for my husband for only $10. We do have both a pool and arcade, but are in the midst of major property renovations right now, so both of those areas may have been under construction during your stay.
