The rooms was good. Check in wasn't that bad. Over 2 hours to get your car from Valet parking is ridiculous. Telling people 30-40 minutes is just plain lying. Would have scored higher if that hadn't happened.

Everything was nice!! Rooms were clean, and comfortable. Pool is awesome!!! Rosie's Cafe was awesome! !Unfortunately sky walk was down kinda inconvenient.

Vallet lost our key fob. They waited over and hour to tell us that is was missing took 2.5 more hours just to get the ppw to do a claim.. we had the extra fob so we gave it to them and waited another 25 min they come back and stated they left the lights on car won't start. They jump the car wrong fried the battery and circuits. When I got home car had to be towed to the dealership. They found my fob it had stayed out in the rain and was ran over ! They mail it back It doest work they did say they would replace it but I can't... read more

I stay here alot it is the cheapest almost always. I was not happy this once we stayed two days and they did bring us new towels. But all in all i do love it.

The staff was great, I recommend a room on the west side as high as possible to ENJOY the view.

New to reno visited the nugget casino ....had a horrible experience ....head of security carlos rodrigues or garcia was very unprofessional there was another guard with him short Caucasian male just as rude very racist ...carded me twice for no reason then kicked me out when i asked why .....im pretty sure it was becaise of the color of my skin ....I was the only melanated person there getting harassed so i say ....Do Not support this racist business.... KEEP IN MIND IM A VETERAN BEING TREATED THIS WAY

The casino was under remodel when we were there, but it didn't really disturb anyone. The casino area was way to smokey for me. Don't know if the remodel has changed their exhaust system, but it was miserable for me. The key cards need to be changed, you can't have them by any other card with a magnetic strips or a cell phone. So ladies, you can't put it in your purse. I found out that the hard way. I went to my room, which I swear was 1/4 of a mile from the elevators and my card didnt work!!! So 1/4 mile walk back to the el... read more

I like coming here with the fam, but this time around I was not liking all of the construction going on in most of every area of the casino, as well as Gilleys being shut down. It kinda put a damper on the fathers day get away!
