Very pleasant experience. Room is nice and large and the staff has been very friendly and helpful.

The room was fine. Stayed in the newly remodeled tower. The service in the gaming room was awful. I had to go to the bar several times to get my own drink as either the waitresses weren't coming by or forgot to bring my drink after I ordered. The Valet was HORRIBLE. I waited AN HOUR for my car when there wasn't even very many people there. When I asked about it they kept saying it's coming, it's next ... Finally when I asked where the lot was I would just go get it myself somebody seemed to find my key in the valet check out... read more

we stayed in the east tower 21st floor facing interstate 80 interstate noise was intense! the foot of the bed was higher than the head of the bed. It was a nice room, very clean great furnishings! several time during the night someone from the next room was shaking the door that joins the two rooms!! thank god our side was locked! we ate at Rosies Cafe, great food a lot of food and great service! we would stay again but would have to have a room that does not face north!

The poor tired place needs help. We needed a place to sleep in the middle of the night and it was okay for that. No heat in the room even with the thermostat set on 80. Fortunately the beds we're comfortable and had thick, warm comforters. Room was worn but clean. Supposed to be a smoke free room but there was a cigarette burn in the comforter. Staying on the 15th floor and it sounds like the freeway is coming through the room, food in the restaurants quality is less than that of McDonald's. Called front desk to see if there was something they could do for me, was treated very rudely. Never will I ever stay at this place again.

Great place to stay. Ignore other reviews where they complain about the behaviour of other guests and blame the hotel. They can't police guest behaviours. Rooms are incredible. Room Service is a unique concept like a take out from restaurant. Great stuff.
