I was here for Ribfest did not stay at Hotel. Ribfest was delicious

Nugget hosts events yet there is no parking available. Abviously hotel guests are the only ones to park at the nugget parking lot.

I went for the rib cook off. Had a great time with family. It was so hot that we went inside to gamble and cool off. I asked the cocktail server for a water. She had 3 on her tray and didn't give me one. I figured she would come back with one and those were already promised to another. I see her come back 3 still on tray,i take out a $1 for a tip and she passes me up. Then i ask her AGAIN if i can get a water. She stared at me then walked away WTF. We normally like the Nugget but today it Sucked. The air conditioners in the rooms don't work, the ice machine in every floor doesn't work, the vending machines don't spit out cold soda and the valet was simply ridiculous, we waited for our car for over an hour for them to bring out. And Paul from valet was extremely rude

Had a great time... good stay.... check out? Not so much. Be prepared for all the hidden charges, out of town tax?? Really? Resort fees, ext. Kind of pathetic to charge these prices then when you check out, get stuck for $90 extra.
