Had a great experience, I thought everything looked nice, the Furniture, the lobby & the casino floor. With lots of dining choices at all hours. Our room was gorgeous, newly renovated & exactly like the pictures. At a good price, $127 for a king room.

Was perfect room was nice n big with updated furniture flat screen tv n we had a great view of the mountains I think we had one of the newly remodel room n u get free parking n valet parking worth it
Me pareció un un lugar muy bonito y limpio, y también muy seguro, en lo personal me gustaría volver a ese lugar.
Wish I would have listen to everyone and saved my money and stay somewhere else. After having a good experience last time I ignored everyone. But geez this was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The room was dirty, the bed was rock hard and lumpy. The room was not how advertised when booked. When I went to see about getting moved the manger talked down to me, was very rude, and was not apologize at all. He basically tried blaming me for it. Just recently stayed here, the room had been updated and was perfectly suitable. Some of the reviews I’ve been reading are bad but that wasn’t our experience. Stacy in Catering/Guest Services went above and beyond to ensure my husbands birthday cake would be in our room upon our arrival. Not only did it arrive on time but it tasted beyond amazing and was truly the icing on an already enjoyable trip to Reno. Highly recommend, I will definitely stay and PLAY again.
