Amazing experience and they make sure to have your back. I had my new car 15 hours when the AC went out. They had to deal with a warranty company who is a joke but they fought for what was right and got it done (in the time frame i needed) Thanks guys!!!
Stepped in at about 5:45 to have one tire replaced, but had to be in Granbury at 7. Spoke with Juan, the store manager and said I understood if he couldn't squeeze me in and have me out in time to get to Granbury on time, and that I didn't mind coming back tomorrow. He called an employee in and said "I'm setting a timer, I want you to have this tire done in 30 minutes." His employee responded "I'd bet I can have it done in 20." Place is a joke, dropped a tire off, told me he’d call in 15 and let me know if it’s fixable, i returned 55 minutes later and Tire was sitting in same exact spot... so i walked in got my tire took it back to the truck without anyone saying a word.. and it’s $32.50 to fix a tire.... Save yourself and go to discount
Amazing service, they were just wonderful and so understanding!!! They did everything in power take to care of my family and my car!!
Fast service. Done right! By a technician in florescent green sneakers! Where else can you get that?
I have been here several times and never been disappointed. Zachariah is so very nice, all the guys are. I had a lot of work done one time and Zachariah drove us home so we did not waste several hours waiting, great customer service. Oil change was quick and less than $25.
