I know that NTB isn’t really known for state inspections, but when your location is an authorized state inspection location, you’d think getting this service done would be simple. I attempted 3 times to get an inspection done and had no success. First was on a Saturday 5/4, early evening: I walked in and was informed that inspections were not done on Saturdays. I usually have this location service my trucks that I have for my business but after today never again , chris counter sales guy is horrible and seems to be lazy, when arrived chris is lounging in the customers lounge area and was laying in there as if that was his living room and he was on his couch , he refused to give me district manager info and their corporate number very unprofessional and when I was calling the first time to get the numbers he let it ring 15 20 times and would not answer when i used my wifes phone he ... read more
