absolutely horrible service! my husbands tire went flat on a Saturday night, called them on Sunday and they stated that it would be $19.99 to mount and balance if the tire was not on the vehicle and did not have sensors. we brought the tire up here and was told it would be 25 dollars then all of a sudden it was 28 dollars. when I stated the person on the phone said it would be 19.99 they said oh yeah my bad. said it would be an hour to change it. we went off on some errands and 4 hours later came back and the tire was STILL ... read more
Horrible service. Well over 6 hours just for 2 new tires balance and rotate and turn rotors. Was done at 2:30 just to discover the rotors were not turned. I called at 3:45 to be told it would be 35-45 min. 5:15 now and still not done. My son has been sitting there since 10 am. Unacceptable.

I had an appointment at 1230 and at 130 my car was STILL not taken back. I was there for a total of 2 hours and 45 for a simple oil change. Absolutely terrible. They did discount my service, but it’s absolutely ridiculous for it to take that long when I had an appointment.
