We bought 4 trailer tires 3 years ago, and had two of them fail (blow completely apart, tread spinning) over Memorial Day weekend, damaging our fenders and scratching the side of our trailer. Spoke to Brian at the store who said it was very unlikely the tires actually “failed”, so odds are we wouldn’t get full credit for the two blown tires. inexperienced techs and terrible customer service!
This is the worst place to take your car.. they did the alignment wrong and then said it was not their fault.. and refused to look at the car after telling me to bring it back in. I would pay more and take my car somewhere else for now on... you get what you pay for and Mike and Andrew Are super rude and don’t care about their customers and we’re yelling at me in the lobby
Be aware if you go into this place with one issue, the will call you saying they have found other problems. It’s called add ons. It never fail, so wait for the call.
5 Stars Andrew and Mike were awesome with customer service on the phone and in-person. both were very nice, efficient and got me back on the road earlier than quoted. So far I will be back for future car services.
called at 5:20 to see if I could be seen that day, they close at 7, was told to come on in...got there and told coldly, "nope Not today, don't get upset with me pal, you didn't talk to me" wastes...they could care less about the customer. No 🌟 for you.
