By far the worst experience I’ve had. First and last experience dealing with NTB. Extremely rude employee at the front desk right away and very unprofessional service overall. Came for 4 new tires and it took 4 hours. They only rushed at the end because they broke two tire sensors. Then explained what happened and said I had to go to Toyota to get it fixed. Worst experience ever. It’s been a nightmare. Wrong tires put on. They put on tires meant for a much lighter vehicle, totally unsafe. Told to bring it back the next morning. Brought it back and the lady there didn’t know what I was talking about. Didn’t even have the correct tires but said they were coming that day and she would call us. Never got a call. I never leave reviews, and I don’t like complaining but this location totally takes advantage of people. I had my first and last experience with them, and will never take my vehicle back nor would I recommend anyone else to go there for services. I only chose to have them do work on my vehicle because it’s convenient to my place of work. Had I not had a few mechanic friends of my own, I would have paid almost $800 for a brake job! We bought 4 trailer tires 3 years ago, and had two of them fail (blow completely apart, tread spinning) over Memorial Day weekend, damaging our fenders and scratching the side of our trailer.Spoke to Brian at the store who said it was very unlikely the tires actually “failed”, so odds are we wouldn’t get full credit for the two blown tires.
