I always come here for my car service needs and receive exceptional service every time! Including today I jokingly added in my own sonic drink order when they asked a coworker what he would like and they actually showed back up with my drink in hand! Now that's customer service! ☺️
It's dark thirty on a Friday and past closing time for all tire shops. We just discovered a flat/nail on one front tire and a concerning bubble on another. Classically, it's raining and we have at least 4 more hours to drive. I've called all around - no one willing to stay late or help.... EXCEPT NTS in Rockwall. They waited an additional 30 minutes for us to slowly get to them and helped us without one complaint. And with smiles the whole way through AND offered the best service I think we've ever had. Ever. I go here for everything! They're super nice (which makes a BIG difference in where I choose to spend my money), and are usually pretty speedy.
