Two days before I was looking for replacement tires online using the NTB website. Placed the order and made scheduled my appt. They got my car right in and done within 45 min. The guy working with me, was friendly and helpful.
Can’t say enough good things about the manager, James. Came in with a slow leak at 6:15 and come to find out there was a nail in the side wall. Luckily it was covered under warranty. Customer service is top notch.
Service Manger James just right lied to me saying they couldn't do an oil change because they couldn't register any oil on the dipstick after sitting in the waiting room for almost 45 minute. One we would never let our vehicles run low on oil. Two we check it ourselves and surprise, surprise the was oil! NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN!

Stay away! They are crooks and do not honor their warranties! I WILL NEVER GIVE YOU MY BUSINESS AGAIN
These guys are so wonderful. I have to come by once a month for one reason or another( I live in a high construction zone) and they always remember me and treat me like family. They never try to sell me something I don't need. I have 3 rugrats that Im always with and they are so patient with them and understanding. I would recommend this place to everyone.
