Soo look at what is wrong with my car! Thanks to this master technician 😬 he figured it out in less than one minute. Along with the other techs (3) that heard it the second my car was pulled in. Dustin, the “manager” (supposedly), at NTB in Rockwall said there was nothing wrong with my car. Twice. Even laughed at me on the phone today and was talking to other people essentially making fun of me. Talked over me, wouldn’t let me talk, became extremely defensive and was completely unprofessional.
