went there Wed for an oil change and they rotate the tires they come back in talking about I had a nail in three tires and wanted $25 just for a patch and the other two thought I was going to buy two new tires when I just got these last year. well after the oil and stuff was done I went to a tire place and the man said the nail in one tire didn't even make it in the tire and the other two didn't have one. we in the middle of a pandemic and they trying to get over on people that's already struggling. today after getting off t... read more

manager was rude this morning telling me that the oil change i always get here is no longer the same price and his explaination was gas goes up just like oil, thats life. ill NEVER come back. walmart will get all of our business now

This Sorry Place took a very Dear Friend of Mine. Almost $1400.00. I took the Vehicle to My Mechanic. He fixed Everything for less than Half of what this place Charged. How can new CV Axles be leaking in 3 Weeks. That was the 3rd set they did. I wish I had of known then what this place was doing to him. He knows now to never go back to NTB. I've told others what they did.
I will never go here again. They broke one of my stud off my tire, try to say it was broken when we arrival. But, I took it somewhere to fix it. They said someone try to fix it. When did it take 3 hours change oil and check brakes.
