Had a 10am appointment, and it is almost 12pm and my truck still has not been touched
Went about a month ago and just for an alignment and wheel balancing I was told it would take about an hour to an hour and a half well I waited for 5 hours... I was given a discount and after calling corporate I received a free oil change... The place was filthy and there weren't any trashcans for customers to use... There was only like 3 people including the manager working there that day... They need to quit using the "short staff" excuse and hire more people if it's an issue... People here are rude. They dont care about their customers. They let it show in front of customers that they dont want to do their job. They broke a lug nut off of the vehicle and basically didnt care that they broke it. The guy said " it just broke" had a dont care attitude. Now we have to go and get the lugs fixed elsewhere AND rotate the tires like they were supposed to be in the first place. Like they were supposed to do.... I don't know who's the owner, general manager, manager, CEO or who ever is in charge of this establishment you ought to be ashamed. This place is filthy as hell. Had I paid attention to this before I left them take my car back I wouldn't be getting an oil change from here. They need to hire somebody's cleaning service!! #asap #neveragain #dirtyplace
Love how fast they service our vehicles (oil changes). Best Price! Even my Lil Libby was welcomed all 6 lbs of her. Friendly staff!!!!
The service was awesome, they did a great job, and even went out of their way to get a small piece I needed, and then didn't charge me for it. I got an oil change plus all tires rotated, for only $28.
I stopped in with a flat on my trailer. They could not/ would not help me. Manager said too busy working on one customers car. Out of State and needed help but will NEVER stop at this store again . Poor management.
