Back in December we took one of our vehicles there and explained the symptoms. They replaced a couple parts ($800) only to later diagnose the real problem as the head gasket. They told us it would be another $2000 to repair. We picked up the car. It makes me so ANGRY that they charged us $800 for repairs that were not even the problem! They should have diagnosed the real problem first. We took it to get a second opinion somewhere else and yes it is the head gasket which they diagnosed for $60. Had my battery suddenly give out on me today and went to NTB on a moments notice. I was in and out in less that 30 mins. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Seriously such a wonderful, hassle free experience. Will definitely be recommending these guys!
I had purchased new tires last August and the 2 front tires were bare on the outside of the tires. I went in today to have them rotated and check my alignment. To my surprise they replaced the 2 tires that was bad for free. They also did a new alignment. They said the alignment wasn’t done correctly last August. No questions! They just took care of me. I now feel safe when I have to drive home late at night or if my 16 yr old drives the car.
Will never use this company again twice I’ve asked for my tires to be rotated. The first time I was completely ignored and it was never done now they say we can’t rotate my tires cause one tire tread is to low. Completely done with this company.
I've gone here a handful of times and seen a couple new "crews" in there, but I have to say the current crew that is in there now are amazing! Customer service is great and they are all so kind and courteous! The two times I have been (Dec and today) my car was taken care of by Ben. He is awesome! In December since I didn't need anything more than an oil change he decided to skip his lunch and service my car!
