Will NEVER recommend going to this location EVER due to BILL! You don’t tell your customer “you’re a waste of my time” what kind of “service manager” are you?! Never again! You’re unprofessional and lost my entire families business because of your nasty attitude!

I will never in my life get any work done or even buy a tire from this place again ! So I went to this place today September 5th 2020 because I had a nail in my front passenger tire and rear passenger tire, as I’m in the store I’m approached by a man name bill he calls himself a (service manager) I explain to bill I don’t have a wheel lock for my car he says “ok no problem I’ll take care of it” also explain I have warranty on ALL the tires again he says ok awesome so bill prints some stuff out and says I owe $97... I would not recommend this location to anyone!! We have been customers of NTB for years! Took my car to get tires on 3/5/20 and when they returned my vehicle the guy told me “just drive a few miles and your sensors will be fixed” I drove my car a week and still no reading on my 2 front sensors. Today 3/12/20 I brought my car back THEY HAD MY CAR FOR ALMOST 2 HOURS the maintenance guy lied and told the other guy all the sensors were working when he gave me the vehicle. RecommendedCan’t say enough about how kind the gentleman there was to me today. The shield under my car came loose today after a previous oil change somewhere else on Sunday & I was unable to exceed 20mph while driving.. things like this don’t usually happen , as my car is fairly new. I pulled in & less than 15 min I was back on the road!! So grateful. If you need service I highly recommend the General Booth Blvd station!!
I will never return to your business again your staff tried to rake me over the coals with unnecessary work on my vehicle for a state inspection. They failed me for several things and among them was an unnecessary tire rotation, they claimed that my tires were directional tires. What they didn't know was that I knew better. I took my vehicle too two other mechanics who checked and to the place where I bought the tires and they confirmed I was right they were standard tires.
