Have gotten but the Run Around with these Folks every time I do BUSINESS with With.... Ft. WORTH LOCATION Twice .... Roanoke LOCATION once.
I got a screw in my tire this morning, I pulled up to NTB, got a great warm greeting and they took my car, they took care of my tire in less than 30 minutes and did it as a courtesy, didn't charge me a penny, guess where I'll come back to service my car? Thanks guys you made my day!
Didn't get the mileage out of my tires! They flat out refused to prorate them or even offer some type of discount to keep me as a customer! Suck it NTB! The salesman started to quote corporate policy which to me is unprofessional and a HUGE no no!!
