Just stopped by 30 minutes before closing, asked if they could just plug my tire quickly got a no. I understand it was close to closing time, but it was at least 5 guys standing looking at me sideways doing nothing, 2 more in the garage. They could have at least offered to check it out for me or put air in. Will probably never do business with them in the future

They open at 7am but the manager never showed up until 7:30am today! Never said sorry just charged me full price for a plug 32.50, it’s just around the corner from where I live is the only reason I came here and I needed to get to work! Worst place ever, I’ll call my AAA next time!
It’s taken one hour and 30 minutes to get an oil change. I arrived at 7am (open) with no appointments waiting until 9am. No exaggeration I am now leaving at 8:30. The last few visits have been just as bad. When attempting to get my state inspection with an oil change previously ~ my appointment was canceled twice and at one point never put in the system. Bad service, bad installation, manage and district manager do not keep their word...took manager 2 weeks to get back to me, had to call corporate to get a response...on my third set of tires that are not driving right ...was offered a partial refund by district manager but then it was rescinded 30 mins later...do not do business with these people.
horrible horrible business . Joe set my appointment for 1:30; I built my day around dropping my daughter's car off. We left, spent 45 minutes running errands and came back to pick it up from an oil change. Car was still sitting in the same spot so I asked about it. Joe told me that an appointment "put you at the front of line, but we're not going to stop working on a car just to meet an appointment." No I'm sorry for inconvenience or anything like that, he just took a call and ignored me.
Had an appointment for oil change...took well over an hour...I’ll stay closer to home next time...only 1 man working the register phones and helping every walk in...he was quick as he could be but he should have had more help inside
These guys looked out for me and blessed me today. Jason took real good care of me. Helped me get what I needed to keep me and my family safe on the road. They have a new customer for life. Highly recommend this place.
Why do your website and your employees say you close at 8 if you're going to lock my car in your garage and leave at 7? I want my freaking car back.
