RecommendedBrought my car in because my splash shield was dragging and I wasn’t handy enough to fix it on my own. These guys were quick to fix it and did so for no charge! Great customer service. Will be back for all future needs.

So I go on for an oil change right. Nothing special, I happen to have a new Cap and Rotor for my spark plugs that I planned on installing. I ask them how much they would charge to do it for me while I waited for my oil change just to save some time. They want to charge me $115 plus tax!!! They obviously thought I didn’t know about cars cause it literally takes 10 minutes and a screwdriver to remove TWO SCREWS and replace it that’s all. I typically go to a location in Dallas where I live but I stopped into this location by the Hulen mall Saturday to get an oil change and the service area told me when I got my car back that they could not rotate & balance my tires because the tread count was too low. I felt like that was not true so I double checked at my location today Monday, and the measurement was far different from what they told me at the location by the Hulen mall. I went Thursday to get my oil changed and my brakes worked on. I informed them my brakes were grinding and the light was coming on. When I picked up my car. They said my brakes were fine, but they were not. The light still came on and the grinding was still happening. I had to take my car to a different shop (on the same day, mind you) and was told my brakes were completely worn. I DO NOT recommend the NTB in Beaumont Texas. Highly disappointed.

Walked in. Greeted by “ Dakota” Great experience all around. Clean lobby and restroom. Loved the pictures on the wall of the female restroom obviously done by a child. Everyone involved in getting me new tires and windshield wipers was very friendly and professional. Will be back. 👍🏼
Last week I changed the battery for my 2007 Camry, they installed the new battery without cleaning the terminals from corrosion and the charged me $34 as labor fees. Bad experience and I will never deal with them any more.
