The worst place to go. I will never go again !!! A guy name Scott... worst customer service !!!
I couldn't ask for better customer service. They did an awesome job today on my truck in record breaking time. Honest to a fault, highly skilled, friendly team. Got a great deal on new tires plus some long overdue maintenance taken care of today.
Although this place seem to have better deal for tires, the service and attitude is terrible. During my visit the two workers have been raising their voice and gets impatient when I was not clear of the procedure and charges for the tire replacement. They said it will take 45 minutes for my tires to be replaced, but it took them 90. I was informed that one of the stud/nut on one of my tires were missing and paid $60 for the replacement of it (most of it is labor fee). Best customer service I encounter. Went to 2 other NTB that day and they were just rude. Went here and received good treatment. The manager was awesome and they were all kind and honest.
The customer service is outstanding Scott the manager and Jonathan Robilliard really took care of us and every time we come in they always take excellent care of us highly recommend :)
NTB sucks so bad, every time I have been In one I either leave feeling ripped off, or with my car broken worse than before. This company hires, and is run by a bunch of morons that cant see past their nose and certainly should not be fixing cars
