Recommendedpep boys gave me the runaround to many times. NTB IS THE BOMB !
I had an online appointment for 6:30 and when I got there at 6 they refused to honor the appointment because they close at 7
Took my car in because I had a low tire and they said I had a nail on the inside tire wall and the entire tire would have to be replaced for $208. Took my car home and my husband checked it out and figured out it wasn’t in the tire wall at all. Took it to discount tire after that and they were able to get the nail out and patch it up and didn’t charge us a penny. No morals
I filled out Year, Make, Model & sub model on NTB website and it provided tire selection. After installing tires they realized the tires are staggered and they didn't have 4 matching tires in correct size. Manager had to drive to several stores to get tires and car was not ready until next day at 1pm (dropped off 2:30 day prior). Manager honored price for requested tires for more expensive tires due to the delay. So shop gets 5 stars for making things right. NTB website gets 1 Star. I had a 3 pm appt for tire rotation and alignment. I was told it would take about 45 mins tops so I should be out of there by 4 pm. At 4 pm I asked if my car was done yet since it didn't look like it moved at all. I didn't leave until after 4:45 pm. I'd understand if I didn't have an appt but seriously you made me run late for another appt at 5 pm.
Good fast service. I now feel safe in my car after getting new tires and having vehicle serviced.
Long time customer but after today I will never be back... at least to the one on North Tarrant Parkway... Rude as shit
