Great Staff! They were very pleasant and helpful, making the “agony” of the MRI a pleasant experience!
The Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would feel comfortable going again....if I ever need to. :)
Simon was great! I spent 2 hours on the MRI table and he made sure I was comfortable and he was reassuring over the micriphone. Very likable person. Only reason not a five star rating is that Jen at the check-in desk could be a little more interactive and make better eye contact with us patients. Compared to the other staff there, I found her to be a little less friendly. Not rude, just not at the same level as the back office staff. And I believe it's time for new seating in the waiting area for MRIs.
