Every body was ok I just think the tech’s could of been a little kinder.I guess everyone but the radiologist ( they were very nice) were not very friendly. Maybe its because its Monday. Lol
I am not one to ever leave a negative reviews but I feel like this is more than necessary, I had an appointment where I had to pay childcare for one of my kids due to covid which I understand onfe I get there the auth dept. Requested the wrong authorization which the appointment had to be rescheduled because they never requested the de order to ensure the requested the right auth, I asked when I mad the appointment if they needed it so I could fax it over or have the Dr do so and I was told no and that resulted in getting th... read more
Patients who pay for the treatment and submit a claim to their insurance company are prohibited from submitting the claim based on the verbiage of the required forms that have to be completed. This left me with the choice of signing the document and then committing fraud in order to be reimbursed or refusing treatment. I chose the latter.
The staff is very friendly. They are very good with your care and needs. They don’t rush you. Top notch in my book.
Send patients there all the time. Always get results on time and have never gotten any complaints
