Have your staff communicate with patients and get scheduling down correctly. Waiting for 30 minutes with a full bladder is ridiculous and staff should be able to actually help.

Have been to the Orlando office several times for CTs and MRIs. Love their service, and the fact that they have late night hours is AMAZING.
Nice staff. No long waiting times and results are reported to your doctor in a timely manner.
I was scripted for an MRI from my Orthopedic doctor so I went to NSI and they were amazing that they could fit me in unscheduled. The only problem was that NSI will not take any less that half of your insurance deductible so I had scheduled for a week later for the 7th so I can borrow the money for my deductible. So 5 star review for NSI, and 1 star for Aetna.
NSI was awesome and they worked with me to get my appointment on the same day as orders from my doctor. Andrea is an asset to the operation and in can't thank her enough for going above and beyond her job title, she deserves a raise, a promotion, and more vacation time!! My neck thanks you!
