I was technically a invalid when the sciatica hit me. I wanted to treat the problem without the surgery my doctors recommended. After physical therapy and two epidural shots I found my way here. Life is so much better now. Highly recommend for any back problems.
I did decompression and it helped tremendously. I recommend it!!!
