I had an appointment for 5:45. (Just a follow up appointment so should have been quick) I was in the waiting room for about 10 minutes the taken to a back room. Waited in the room for 50 minutes, no one checked on me. Went to front desk and asked if they forgot about me, and I was told no. Went back to room and waited another half hour.
