The dealer place is nice and salesperson Ricky is friendly and knowledgeable. I like that Venza very much, but it is too big for my wife to drive. She is looking for what she likes.
Was terrible. I had to travel 1hr just for then to tell me there was something wrong with the truck and we can get you into something like a 25 Tundra. What a waste of time. If i wanted a 25 Tundra i would have driven 7 minutes to my Mckinney dealership. Tried the bait and switch. Don't do business with these guys.

The banks wouldn't finance the GLE. However the staff at Toyota worked to get another vehicle financed. Ms. Gladys Madison made everything work for us to drive away in a Honda Pilot. We appreciate her dedication to excellent customer service!

Communication is good but pricey
I would rather get a root canal than ever do business with this dealership. This was my first time trying to buy through a dealership and the experience was a nightmare from start to finish. Getting clear, direct answers about pricing, fees, and financing was like pulling teeth—everything felt vague, deflected, or redirected into more questions instead of straight information.
