They responded promptly via email. I called them to schedule a test drive. We did not purchase car.
They were very friendly but drive a hard deal. Traded a 2005 BMW 545i on a 2013 avalon. Told me my car was worth very little and that they will wholesale it. However my car listed the very next day for $5000 above my trade! There were two small issues with the Avalon which we pointed out at the time but after the deal was concluded they were not interested in repairing unless I payed for it. High pressure and not honest. The avalon now also needs brakes done - how's that for two weeks into owning it?

They were great - I got a fast response when I tagged a car (this one), made an appointment that day, purchased the car, got great service and a good warranty and great loan value. They were all very personable and I felt totally taken care of. And the car is fairly priced and lovely!!!

While the response to my initial inquiry via CarGurus was slower than I'd hoped, I called the dealer directly and was pleasantly surprised by the service I received. Eventually took a trip down to check out the vehicle and, although it ended up not being exactly what I was looking for, they made the process quick and easy with no pressure whatsoever. Definitely recommended.
