Very disappointed with Evan on helping me. Originally told me he would work with me on price. I drove two hours from Sacramento. When I inspected the 4runner I noticed a significant amount of water damage from sunroof leaking into headliner. Evan seemed surprised about the damage as if it was something that was missed. Used cars are overpriced, and they don't seem to do many price reductions. Car I'm interested in has been on their lot for almost 100 days, yet no flexibility on pricing (though I haven't actually been there in person to test drive it, just communicating via email).
His response time was very quick but for me there was not much value add other than what I saw on the website. When I explained that I am 2.5 hrs away without traffic I did not get any value add reason why I would drive 2.5 hrs to purchase the car. I inquired about the features because I don't know the difference. He was focused more on setting an appt. vs providing customer service.

took me three long month to find the suv im lookong for and finally found one. call and talked to them and they told me they will hold the suv for me. the drive to novato is 2 and half hour to novata from where I lived, but wasted 1 and half hour driving to novata when they call me and told me car was sold. I was hecked and piss off. dealer not recommend.
Well after I signed the papers to buy it I discovered a dent on the passenger side door. Seller never mentioned it, says he did not notice. I then felt pressured to keep the car when I told them I was not driving it home like that. I really wanted to undo the contract and take my 2013 Camry back home. The car is nice, I just think they could have handled it better and let me take my car back home to rethink this whole buy. Car salesman are very pushy.
