This is the second vehicle that I have bought from this dealership. The employees were very helpful and personalized every step. Because I knew what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay, and my trade-in was bought new from here and serviced here, there was not much haggling of prices or trade-in value, so the time spent between going to the dealership and leaving with a new vehicle was awesome! The staff was super kind and very informative. Unfortunately, we decided to wait on the purchase and evaluate what is the correct vehicle. They were understanding and helpful. I am very willing to go back to Northridge Toyota when I am ready to buy.

The experience was good with staff, vehicles was in good condition but we couldn’t made a deal because we didn’t agree on a price.
Great dealership. Fred was a communicative, not pushy salesman.
Amazing service!! Very helpful and informative! I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car! They put a full tank of gas and made sure my phone was hooked up and paired before I left.
