Five stars? Michael Murphy is the real star here. The man has been straight up honest through the entire deal-from the first chat room message to the last signature on the paperwork. BTW, my dog Milli really liked him, and she is an excellent judge of character (except for her choice in owners, haha). A great dealership, and I plan on purchasing my next hybrid here @ Novato Toyota/Kia.

The dealer responded in a timely manner and provided the information I needed.
Standard sales job from years ago. "Help us today as it the end of the month and WE have incentives to MEET!" They let me drive the car by myself so I was able to concentrate on the mechanics etc. High marks here. Actually decided not to get the hybrid after the first experience in a heavy hybrid car. 500 extra lbs added with a hybrid.
In these difficult times Novato Toyota's salesperson made and kept and appointment with me. I came to test drive a 2004 Mini Cooper. When I arrived the car was in place, ready to go. I took an unaccompanied test drive, decided against purchasing it and had a fine conversation with the salesperson. No pressure.
