Tyler and Jon were great, accomofating and on top of things. Made it easy to buy a vehicle there.
The car was purchased from an auction . The dealership only replaced 2 tires. There was a large ding on the passenger door that they didn't repair because the whole door needed to be painted. They told me the repair would be around $400.00.
There great they call me very soon help me alot about the car

Not what I was looking for.
After visiting 3 other lots and getting approved for a car loan i ended up buying a car from Novato Chevrolet. But....... i would have not bought a car from them if the car i wanted was at 2 of the other 3 lots i visited. the 2 other lost had superb customer service and i really tried to get a different car but my mind & heart was set on a specific one that only Novato had in the color and model i wanted with all the extras i wanted as well. I will say their prices were better but i would have paid a few extra thousand dolla... read more
