Novato Chevy responded to my e-mail regarding a "Quote," but they never gave me a quote, just the MSRP. This happened three times, with three e-mails. The e-mails just indicated that they wanted me to come in for a test drive.

I was very interested in the Jeep, and sent a email to inquire...I received a reply to my inquiry, but upon another question the sale rep never responded... I ended up buying a car from a different dealership.
This may be the jeep. They responded right away. I will talk to them tomorrow

Pictures don't reflect the condition of the car. I asked the dealer if the car had any imperfections they said no it was garaged it's whole life. I drove 2 hours to get to the dealership when I got there the bumper was swiped and paint was missing. There's acid spots on the hood. Chips all over the front. Spoiler was faded as well as the hood scoop. There was water spot's and swirls throughout the paint. Very deceiving dealership..
Tyler and Jon were great, accomofating and on top of things. Made it easy to buy a vehicle there.
The car was purchased from an auction . The dealership only replaced 2 tires. There was a large ding on the passenger door that they didn't repair because the whole door needed to be painted. They told me the repair would be around $400.00.
