Returned phone calls and very knowledgeable
Very responsive to customer.
While the salesman who showed me the car was very kind, he did not wear a mask, and told me he was not vaccinated when I asked. I'm not sure how a company cannot mandate that their employees, whose job it is to interact with the public, be vaccinated, or at very minimum, wear a mask. When I immediately put my mask on after hearing he wasn't vaccinated, it was clear he didn't even have a mask on him. They replied promptly, but the vehicle is still not on their lot. The communication from the dealer has been good.
Reached out to me and have been helpful, but, in the beginning had multiple reps contact me which was a little confusing
This dealer was unable to state a price over this method of contact, email. It wanted me to drive in to the dealer to be told a price. So very old fashioned.
