Not very clear sales dept needs to work on there communication skills
I recently had an experience with Novato Chevrolet that I feel compelled to share. I found a vehicle that I liked, with a great price and features that suited my needs. However, my visit to the dealership turned out to be quite frustrating. Despite confirming over the phone that the car was in stock, I was unprepared for the lengthy negotiation process that followed.
