I cannot express enough, how utterly appalled I am by the experience at Novato Chevrolet from the moment I signed the contract they slipped in unwanted, add-ons things. I never agreed to which I discovered only the next day. When I tried to get them to refund these add-ons they not only refused. They threatened me saying that if I brought it up again, they wouldn’t refund anything. After a long exhausting fight I only managed to get them to refund about half yet. As other reviewers have said, the dealership advertises one price, plus 3k of add ons that are already partially installed so there is a major push to guilt you into buying them. The sell overall was aggressive, hard, and unrelenting. I needed time to think about the car and the price, told the, so several times and tried to leave 4 times before I finally disregarded their attempts to make me stay. Great people and sold me the perfect car
The car wasn’t there a service manager was driving g it He is putting g additional miles on it The dealer wants it to pay for “accessories” Seems they are not motivated to sell it as it has been there for months
Yes the dealer had reached out to me, but I had already bought a 2019 Chev Volt LT and it also had the K23 option of a faster charging. Thanks Brian
If I could give a 0 star, I would. This dealership adds back the $4K federal rebate plus an additional $2600 fees as "aftermarket" charges. In other words, they reduce their initial price to below the $25K threshold so you can qualify for the $4K rebate but then adds it back plus more as some kind of add-on fees. Don't believe their listing prices. You're not getting the benefit of the federal rebate with them!
